Included in the support we also provide support with hospital discharges, home decluttering, cleaning and help individuals access the community. In a society where health disparities continue to widen, WESTBROOKE HEALTH CARE strives to make a difference by delivering high-quality care that is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Consumers of our services will be those individuals and families in need of personal care in community-based setting. These individuals usually self-refer and are referred by other healthcare professionals and local authorities such as Social Services or the NHS.
Our staff are fully trained to support people aged 18 years
+ and
the over 65 years +.
We provide quality in the
comfort of your own home, we provide assistance and pride ourselves in matching our
staff to people based upon
considerations such as culture, religion, geography and language.
Our staff are professionally trained and qualified including a Disclosing
and
Barring Service check as Standard. We are
continually improving to the benefit of both the people we support and our staff, we
believe well trained and happy
staff make better carers.
